CAESES The formerly named CAESES FRIENDSHIP Framework is a comprehensive software platform for analyzing and simulating CFD or CFD projects. Many of the physical phenomena of the world around us are fluid mechanics, all kinds of water currents such as sea waves, air masses, blood flow in the veins, winds around high towers are other phenomena. On the other hand, engineers need to consider the impact of these phenomena to optimize and strengthen their artifacts.
In this case, the use of fluid mechanics based on Newton’s theory is feasible, but usually due to the high computational complexity of this type of equations, it has little operational use and its results cannot be directly evaluated. For this reason, other methods have been replaced by numerical methods.
These methods are more applicable in computational work since they complicate complex fluid problems by shrinking the computational domain into small cells. Numerical solution methods in mechanical engineering are known as computational fluid dynamics or CFD. Since this branch of mechanics is well-theorized, many software companies have begun to provide software to simulate these phenomena based on computational fluid dynamics.
CAESES is not the only software in the field of CFD and 3D simulation of fluid phenomena, but it is definitely one of the most important applications in this field. Using this program, engineers can simulate and analyze different phenomena based on different computational models.
